The Directors of AMS share a passion for injury management, and it's effective implementation in order to realise the real health benefits of injury recovery and Return to Work (RTW).

This passion has led to industry leading outcomes in succesful and sustainable RTW outcomes in the industry by ensuring that our consultants are highly qualified and experienced in the industry, and undertake continuous professioal development.

The Managing Director of AMS, Frank Imbesi, is currently a consultant to Worksafe within the occupational rehabilitation peer review program.

Injury Management & Occupational Rehabilitation Division

This unit is managed by Anjelo Ratnachandra,, a consultant physiotherapist, occupational physiotherapist and chronic pain consultant with extensive experience in injury prevention, management and occupational rehabilitation consulting.

Members of this division include individuals with a range of primary and post graduate allied health qualifications across physiotherapy, occupational therapy, occupational health and safety, ergonomics and rehabilitation.

All current staff have post graduate qualifications, some have international consulting experience and others are in the process of publishing.

Vocational Services Division

This unit is managed by Greg Bishop who has in excess of 20 years experience providing vocational services to injured workers. Greg has an extensive knowledge of the labour market and a strong understanding of training requirements.

All staff providing these services are degree qualified and/or have 15 + years experience assessing the vocational needs of injured workers and are able to assess needs with the aim of a sustainable return to work.

Employment Services

Employment Services is a Vocational Services Division with a focus on providing New Employer Services (NES). Our highly successful employment services team comprises of professional consultants experienced in the provision of employment services and managing workcover related issues.

AMS provides individually tailored programs to achieve our objective of achieving sustainable return to work outcomes. Our reputation remains as the market leader in placement of injured workers into new positions of employment.

This unit is managed by Jan Fulton who has in excess of 20 years experience in vocational rehabilitation, employment services and vocational training.
